This back of house addition by Hodge Design & Remodeling features exterior Panoramic Doors which “disappear,” opening the living area to the new deck and the great outdoors. The flexible curtain screen keeps the bugs out, allowing fresh air to circulate in.

Simply pull the screen across for bug-free living.

PANORAMIC DOOR DETAILS:

3-Panel door, 120". Flush track, screen. Low-E energy efficient glass. Hardware NY bronze oil rubbed finish.

The new living area features a built-in bookshelves, day bed and loft.

BEDROOM & LIVING AREA DETAILS:

Loft Area
36" tall loft, open to main room with rail, accessible by ladder from landing. Built-in shallow bookshelf where there was previously a window.

Daybed Area
78" tall daybed area, with 18" tall built-in platform bed with drawers underneath to accommodate a queen sized mattress.

Living Area
Includes a shallow bump-out to create a shallow counter with slider doors underneath to access storage area.
