We designed this new deck and screened porch in Hull, Georgia to complement the existing home. First, we removed the existing/old deck, which was 695 SF and replaced it, adding square footage for a new total of 785 square feet in the finished project. We also added a 12’ x 14’ screened porch with a ScreenEze screening system and used bead board plywood on the ceiling. Molding was applied over any butt joints for a clean finish. For the deck, we applied two coats of Flood Solid Color Deck Stain with 4-5 year life expectancy.

We love how all the details came together to create an elevated outdoor living space under the beautiful canopy of trees.
