Our clients wanted an all-new master bathroom remodel for safely aging in place.

Hodge Design & Remodeling created this bath remodel with free standing tub, gorgeous tile flooring, new countertops, vanity, mirror, new shower, paint and more. This was another opportunity to work with the fabulous Lauren Harrell Design.

New light fixtures, countertops and paint — We removed the existing light fixtures and replaced with new sconces, plus new paint and trim!

Scope of Work for Master Bathroom Remodel

Remove existing tub and surround and replace with freestanding tub and tub filler
Remove and replace tile flooring
Remove existing light fixtures and replace with two owner supplied wall sconces
Remove and replace existing ceiling fan and new vent fan
Remove and replace countertop, vanity and mirror
Remove and replace plumbing fixtures
Remove existing shower unit and door
Install new tiled shower and glass enclosure
Paint walls, ceiling and trim
